How long is the lead time?
Most products ship out in 2-3 days with either USPS or UPS. Shipping time depends on location. Shipping to the East coast averages around 2-5 days, while shipping to the West coast averages around 3-5 days.
I'm having trouble installing my product. Any tips?
Always install in mild temperatures (not too cold or too hot), on a cool, dry vehicle, on a relatively flat surface, and in the shade. Always dry-fit your product before removing your tape backing and protective packaging, to ensure you know how you want the letters or badge to be mounted. Sometimes, using 'painters tape' to create placement lines can help.
Some products come smaller than the original OEM badges due to the depth of the pockets. Don't worry if this is the case; when you remove your original badges you'll see the new ones fit snug in the pocket.
Are your items waterproof/weatherproof?
All of our products are made of an industrial grade plastic that is weather resistant and UV proof. Our products can withstand salted and sanded roads along with any climate from hot Californian sun to harsh Maine winters.
Please ensure installation of VHB taped products occur when it's 65-85 degrees Fahrenheit, dry and in the shade. Don't wash the area for 24 hours. Adhesive comes to full strength after 72 hours.
Are the letters easy to install?
Installation takes approximately 5 minutes on most of our products, not including the removal of any factory emblems. DIY Kits can take additional time to install to account for running any prep work.

What is your return policy?
Please contact us if there is any issue with your order via email with photos. Due to the nature of some of our products (ie. made to order and customized) we don't allow returns on ALL products. We're happy to assist if we made a mistake on your badges.
